Bringing Mindfulness to Life

Bringing Mindfulness to Life is the title for the next PlaySpace Publication

This is what Rick Hanson (author of ‘The Buddha’s Brain’ and ‘Re-wiring Happiness’) wrote about Ratnadevi’s book:

This is a wonderful complement to classics such as Radical Acceptance, and full of value for our too-hectic world.

It’s a non-fiction, life-writing type book, a mixture of memoir and guide book. Through engaging stories, Ratnadevi is sharing her experience of practising and teaching mindfulness in this rich, bewildering and threatened world. Her book offers you teachings and guided meditations and can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of previous mindfulness experience.

It’s not just to raise the money for the publication, but because it is a great way to generate interest and getting these ideas out into the world. As a publisher, this helps to determine the number of copies to print. While we are asking for your support it also feels like an offering. We have worked together with film maker Lou McKLaughlan to produce a beautiful short video, including a little guided meditation. We hope you enjoy watching it on the Kickstarter page, and will be moved to forward it to many others. 

 As you will see, you can choose from a variety of rewards, the book, of course, and 1-2-1 mindful coaching sessions, or places on courses or retreats. You can give as much or as little as you like, and there is very little risk for you. It will all be explained!
